To Report A Claim....

1. Call us at 1-800-967-0972 or 830-875-3164 (If after hours or on weekends/holidays, refer to item #2)

2. Send us a preliminary report via email

3. Report directly to the insurance company.  The number is on your policy and/or auto ID cards.

This procedure is for preliminary reporting.  It is not a final report of your claim nor an acceptance of a completed claim by an insurance company.  Acceptance or denial of the claim by the insurance company will be based on the information you give now and in follow up correspondence.
